Destruction, etc., of the Cemetery

(1) No person shall deface, damage or destroy any– (a) building, wall or fence; (b) monument, tablet, inscription or grave-stone; (c) plant or tree, of or within a cemetery. (2) No person shall place graffiti on any wall, or post any bill on any wall of a cemetery. (3) A person who contravenes this By-law commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to the penalty imposed under section 32(3) of the Act.
