Duty of Cemetery Keeper

The Cemetery Keeper, under the direction of the Council shall– (a) allot spaces for graves, mausoleum, vaults, and columbarium; (b) register all interments, and privileges in the Cemetery, in a Register provided for the purpose by the Council; (c) keep the plan of the cemetery, which is to be open for inspection by the public everyday between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. (d) monitor the undertakings in the Cemetery to ensure compliance with these By-laws and make monthly reports to the Council; (e) where a mausoleum, monument, vault, columbarium or fence surrounding a grave is in need of repair, give notice of such fact to the person as he may ascertain to be liable for the maintenance of such mausoleum, monument, vault, columbarium or fence surrounding a 133 grave and to give immediate report to the
