Space for grave, etc

(1) Pursuant to an application may under By-law 10, the Council may allot to eachetc. (a) grave, a space of eight feet by four feet in area, and the space between graves shall be not less than two feet in width between lots; 132 (b) vault, a space of eight feet by three feet in area and two and one-half feet on the inside dimension, with the maximum permitted height of three levels; (c) niche for the columbarium, a space of one and one-half feet by one foot and two feet by one and one- half feet deep, with the maximum permitted levels of four. (2) The construction of a vault under paragraph (1)(b) may be permitted on existing graves belonging to family members or constructed independently or in a wall structure.
