Application for grave, etc

(1) A person who intends to cause a burial shall apply to the Council for grave space, vault, tomb, mausoleum or columbarium on the form as set out in Schedule I. Schedule I. (2) An under paragraph (1) shall be accompanied by the application fee (which is non-refundable) as set out in Schedule II. Schedule II. (3) A person who contravenes this By-law commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to the penalty imposed under section 32(3) of the Act. (4) The non-refundable application fee shall not apply to applications for pauper’s grave.
