Removal Of Refuse By-Laws, r. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

Every owner of any premises shall, if so ordered by the Senior Health Officer, provide such premises with an ashpit of a pattern to be approved by the Senior Health Officer and placed at such site as the Senior Health Officer may direct.
