Offence and penalty

Any person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars, and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of five dollars a day for every day on which the offence continues after notice of such offence is given in writing by the Senior Health Officer. __________
