Wells

The owner or occupier of any premises on which there are wells shall– (a) provide such wells with a pump and mosquito proof cover to the satisfaction of a health officer; or (b) protect them in any other manner approved by a health officer; or 110 Public Health (c) fill them up to the satisfaction of a health officer.
