Separation of sleeping accommodation

(1) No room or place on the same level with or above or below the bakehouse and forming part of the same building shall be used as a sleeping place unless it is effectually separated from the bakehouse by a dust proof partition, floor or ceiling, as the case may be, and unless there be an external window of at least nine superficial feet in area, made to open for ventilation. (2) Any person who lets or occupies, or knowingly suffers to be occupied, any room or place contrary to this regulation shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five dollars for the first offence and twenty-five dollars for any subsequent offence.
