Notice by occupier

(1) Where any premises in respect of which a certificate has been issued under regulation 3 of these Regulations are no Public Health 99 longer used as a bakehouse the occupier of such premises shall, within seven days of the day on which the premises were last used as a bakehouse, give notice in writing to the Medical Officer of Health for the district that such premises have ceased to be used as a bakehouse. (2) If the occupier fails to give the notice required by this regulation he shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars. __________
