Persons not allowed in bakehouses

No person not being a registered employee or a person in performance of some legal duty shall be or remain in a bakehouse during such time as there is therein any dough or 98 Public Health bread and any person contravening this regulation and the occupier of the bake house shall each be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars for the first offence and one hundred dollars for any subsequent offence.
