Plans of all monuments, grave-stones and fences, must in the first instance be submitted for approval to the Mayor of the Town Council, and any monument, grave-stone or fence not kept in proper order, may, unless repaired within one month after due notice has been given, be removed by order of the Mayor of the Town Council. 88 Public Health
