Ventilation and size

Every owner of premises who shall construct or have a sanitary convenience on any premises, shall provide such sanitary convenience with a sufficient opening or openings for ventilation, of such construction and size and in such position as may be ordered by the Senior Health Officer, and such openings shall communicate with the external air, the minimum floor space shall be fifteen square feet, and the minimum width three feet.
