Penalties

Any person offending against any of the preceding By- Laws shall, on summary conviction, be liable to a penalty not exceeding the sums specified in the Public Health Act, or where no sum is specified, to a penalty not exceeding twenty-five dollars and in the case of a continuing offence to a further penalty not exceeding two dollars for each day after written notice of the offence from the Senior Health Officer shall have been given. __________
