Cleansing after removal of filth

Every owner or occupier of premises shall cause the pit latrine to be cleansed thoroughly and satisfactorily after the removal of filth, and shall provide all tools and materials necessary for the safe removal of the matter and a supply of disinfectant for the use of the labourers and for cleansing and disinfecting the tools and materials used.
