Section 21

Every owner or occupier of premises shall remove or cause to be removed matter emptied from a pit latrine in a covered cart or other receptacle which shall have been sanctioned by the Senior Health Officer for that purpose; and such removal shall take place between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Public Health 31
