Removal of night soil

The occupier of any premises shall have his receptacle or night soil emptied and cleansed once at least in every twenty- four hours. The contents of such receptacles shall be emptied only at such places as shall from to time be stated by the Senior Health Officer to be used for such purpose. All faecal matter must be carried between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. in a properly covered receptacle, so as to avoid as much as possible any unpleasant odour arising therefrom. Water Closets
