Dwarf wall cills

Where a dwarf wall is provided on which timber framing is to be superimposed, the cills shall be secured to the walls with suitable holding down bolts set in the wall at not over 6 ft. centres, or by such other method as the Local Authority’s representative may approve. Public Health 15
