Concrete base

Posts set at not over 9 ft. centre to centre shall be set each in not less than 1/3 cu. yd. of concrete below ground level; the bottom of concrete shall be not less than 2 ft. below ground level and shall have not less than 6 in. of concrete under the foot of post.
