Inspection of nuisances
Public Health Officers Duties Regulations, reg. 4 · Revised Edition 2020
On receiving notice of the existence of any nuisance within his district or of any breach of the by-laws or regulations for the suppression of nuisances, as soon as practicable, a public health officer shall visit the spot and enquire into such alleged nuisance or breach of by-laws or regulations.
