Notification to be transmitted to Director of Health Services

Every magistrate, justice of the peace, health officer, deputy registrar, schoolmaster, alcalde or police officer who receives notification or a certificate of the occurrence of infectious disease or of death therefrom shall forthwith transmit information thereof to the medical officer of health for the district.
