Inquiries as to public health matters

The Director of Health Services may cause to be made such inquiries as he thinks fit in relation to any matters concerning the public health or in relation to any matters in respect of which his sanction, approval, or consent is required by this Act, and for that purpose, any person authorised in writing by the Director of Health Services may at any reasonable time enter any premises.
