Fines, etc., to credit of Town Fund or Consolidated Revenue Fund

All fines, penalties and payments receivable under the authority of sections 28 to 40 of this Act shall, in respect of cemeteries under the jurisdiction of any Town Council, be placed to the credit of such Town Council but, in all other cases, shall be paid to the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
