Who entitled to grant of right of sepulchre

Every person having or claiming to have the right of sepulchure in any cemetery who makes application for a grant in respect thereof within twelve calendar months from the coming into effect of this Act shall be entitled on proof thereof to receive free of cost a grant in the form mentioned in section
