Power of Director of Health Services to make regulations regulating the performance of the duties of health officers

(1) The Director of Health Services may from time to time make regulations for the performance by health officers of their duties and for the carrying out of the powers vested in them by this or any other Act dealing with public health or any regulations made thereunder. their duties 16 (2) Regulations made under subsection (1) of this section, shall be subject to the approval of the Minister.
