Register of grants

(1) A register of grants made under section 38 of this Act, shall be kept by the keeper of the cemetery, and in the register he shall enter the date of the grant, the parties thereto, the consideration for such grant, and the description of the ground described in the grant, so that the situation thereof may be ascertained.
