Form of grant of exclusive right of burial

A grant of the exclusive right of burial in any part of a cemetery, either in perpetuity or for a limited time, and of the right of one or more burials therein, or of placing therein any monument, tablet or gravestone may be made in the form in the Second Schedule by the Town Council or the Director of Health Services, as the case may be, within whose jurisdiction such cemetery is situated.
