Register of burials

All burials within public cemeteries shall be registered in a register book to be provided and kept for that purpose, and the register book shall be kept by the keeper of such cemetery, in such form and with such particulars as are prescribed by any by-laws made under section 32 of this Act, and such register book, or copies or extracts purporting to be true copies or extracts thereof, under the hand of the keeper of the public cemetery, shall be received in all courts as prima facie evidence of the burials entered therein.
