Penalty for burial in denominational part, of person not belonging to that denomination

Any person who wilfully buries or causes to be buried, within such part of a cemetery assigned for the use of any church or denomination, the body of any person who did not belong to such church or denomination, without permission from the recognised authority of such church or de-nomination is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
