Public cemeteries how established and controlled

It shall be lawful, in the case of any town under the jurisdiction of a Town Council for such Town Council, and in respect of any other town, village or place, for the Director of Health Services, from time to time to establish public cemeteries and such cemeteries shall thereafter be vested in and be under the charge, management, and control of the Town Council or Director of Health Services as the case may be.
