Who deemed occupier of school

For the purposes of this Act, the clergyman or officiating minister, or in his absence the lay reader, of any church, chapel or meeting house and the principal of a school shall respectively be held to be the occupier thereof, and shall be held responsible for the observance of this Act. 106 prescribed.
