Notices, etc., to be signed by Mayor

Notices, orders and other such documents under this Act may be in writing or print, or partly in writing and partly in print, and such notices, orders or other documents made or issued by any Town Council under this Act, if the same requires authentication, shall be signed by the Mayor or then presiding member of such authority, or any person delegated in writing by the Mayor for the purpose.
