Documents requiring to be signed by Town Council to be signed by Mayor

(1) Any document required to be signed by any Town Council shall be signed by the Mayor. (2) It shall not be necessary in any legal proceeding to prove any signature purporting to be the signature of the Mayor or a member of a Town Council, or that the person so signing was the Mayor or a member thereof, but the burden of proof shall be on the person disputing the same.
