Legal proceedings by, and appearance in court of, Director of Health Services

(1) The Director of Health Services may institute criminal proceedings by the name of the Senior Health Officer and may for all such purposes be described by that name. (2) The Director of Health Services may appear before a magistrate by any health officer or by any person authorised generally, or in respect of any special proceeding, so to appear.
