Supply of forms, etc

The Director of Health Services shall from time to time have printed at the public expense blank forms for the returns of the public vaccinators as required by this Part, and shall furnish such forms to the public vaccinators for their use, and the Director of Health Services shall also have printed at the public expense and furnish the Registrars with a sufficient number of the notices and of printed copies of this Part and blank forms required for use by them.
