Penalty - parents

Every parent who neglects to take his child to be vaccinated or, after vaccination, to be inspected according to this Part and does not render a reasonable excuse for his neglect, shall be prosecuted by the police before the magistrate of the district, and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.
