Provision in case of two orders for overcrowding relating to the same house

Where any court has twice within a period of three months issued an order as specified in section 138 (2) of this Act, relating to overcrowding of the same house or part of the same house the court may, on the application of a Local Authority order such house to be closed for such period as the court may deem necessary. 14 0f 2002.
