Cleansing and disinfecting premises

The Director of Health Services or any person appointed by him may at all reasonable times enter any premises which, with six months before such entry, have been inhabited by any person suffering from leprosy and do such acts therein for the purpose of cleansing and disinfecting the same as he may think fit.
