Action to be taken on receipt of a report

On the receipt of a report under subsection (1) of section 109 of this Act, the Director of Health Services shall forthwith forward it to the Minister and such inspection and examination of the alleged leper shall be held and such report made thereon as the Minister shall order or as shall be from time to time prescribed by such general regulations in that behalf as may be approved by the Minister.
