Recovery of expenses for removal of works done contrary to regulations

Where the Director of Health Services expends any public money in connection with the removal or alteration of any work executed contrary to any regulation, that money may be recovered from the person who constructed the building or did the work contrary to the regulation in the manner provided by section 187 (1)(c) of this Act.
