Penalty for obstructing work

Any person who obstructs the carrying out under this Act of any fumigation or other treatment, and any person who fails to bathe or otherwise treat his entire body as directed by a medical officer of health acting under the powers conferred upon him by this Act shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, and in the latter case the person may be bathed or otherwise treated as directed as aforesaid by force.
