Conduct of elections, etc

Subject to the provisions of sections 88 to 92 inclusive of this Constitution, the provisions of the Representation of the People Act, Cap. 9, shall apply to the franchise, registration of voters, the administration of the electoral system, offences relating to the electoral system, the conduct of elections, and all matters connected therewith.
