Inquiry into means of person of unsound mind in the Mental Hospital

The Minister may order an investigation before a magistrate into the circumstances of any pauper who is a person of unsound mind in the Mental Hospital, and such magistrate shall have power to summon any person to give evidence before him on oath, and to examine such person touching the property or estates of, and debts owing to, the person of unsound mind, and to require the production of deeds relating to any such property, and thereafter he shall report fully thereon to the Minister.
