Evidence of state of mind

(1) When the Minister has issued a warrant under section 44 or an order has been made under section 45 of this Act, a certificate under the hand of the Director of Health Services shall be sufficient evidence of the facts therein stated concerning the state of mind of the person kept under observation, and it shall not be necessary to prove the handwriting of the Director of Health Services.
