Persons of unsound mind who are not paupers, admitted on payment

Persons of unsound mind, not being paupers, may be admitted to reside in the Mental Hospital on arrangements being made to the satisfaction of the Director of Health Services for the payment of the expense of their maintenance and clothing at rates to be fixed according to accommodation, either out of their own property or by aid of their relatives and 23 friends, and on such security being given as the Director of Health Services thinks reasonable.
