Dispensaries-their object

(1) The object of every dispensary shall be to provide medical advice, surgical aid, medicines and surgical appliances gratuitously to indigent persons. (2) The medical officer in charge of any dispensary may refuse to render such medical advice, surgical aid, medicine or surgical appliance to any person who shall not produce to him a certificate signed by any public officer or other person empowered by virtue of any rule or regulation made under this 15 Act to sign dispensary certificates as in the form given in the Fifth Schedule. treatment- to
