Regulations

(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations for the purpose of giving full effect to this Act. (2) Regulations governing the registration of institutions and providers shall continue to be valid in so far as they are compatible with this Act and until the Board makes regulations under subsection (l) of this section.
