Financial provisions

The funds and resources of the Council shall consist of, National Accreditation 20 Council of Belize (a) such amounts as may be appropriate by the National Assembly; (b) special grants or funds as may from time to time be provided by Government for the financing of special projects and activities; (c) sums arising from grants or donations; (d) all moneys received by the Council for or in connection with the carrying out of its functions; and (e) all property and assets acquired by the funds.
