Board of Governors

Cap. 38, s. 10 · Revised Edition 2020

There shall be a Board of Governors of the Authority, appointed by the Minister, which shall be constituted as provided in section 11 of this Act, and the Board of Governors shall be the principal policy making organ of the Authority.
