Seal of the Board

Cap. 37, s. 7 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The seal of the Board shall be in such form as may be determined by the Board. (2) The seal of the Board shall not be affixed to any document except by the authority of a resolution of the Board and except in the presence of the Chairperson or his designate and the President or his designate.
