Vesting of property in the Board

(1) On and from the 21st day of June, 2000, all assets, rights, interests and liabilities of the Council of the University College of Belize, Belize Teachers Training College, the Belize College of Agriculture, the, the Belize Technical College and the Belize School of Nursing, including lands, buildings, libraries and laboratories, shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the Board. (2) If, at any time after the 21st day of June, 2000, any educational institution joins and becomes part of the University, all assets, rights, interests and liabilities, including all lands, libraries, buildings and laboratories belonging to such an institution, shall, upon joining and becoming part of the University, stand transferred to, and vest in the Board. 35B, R.
